Welcome to “Paddlers’ Pass” at Mimosa Riverside Ranch!

Paddlers’ Pass is a tastefully decorated, single level home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with a full, ensuite bath, and a 55” TV. The kitchen, dining, and living room area is an open concept space with two sofas, one of which is a queen sized sleeper sofa. The living room also has a 55” TV. The kitchen is fully stocked including a a dining table for four, stove, oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, dinner ware, and much more. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed, a 55” TV, DVD player, and a small DVD collection. The second bathroom is kitchen adjacent, and that is where you will find the washer and dryer.

There is a sliding glass door inside the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and two sliding glass doors in the living room. All of which provide a spectacular view of the Elk River. Just outside of the sliding glass doors is a large deck that spans the back side of Paddlers’ Pass. The deck has a charcoal grill, a large dining table for 8, and an amazingly comfortable covered double hammock.

The Lookout Lounge, a common area for all Mimosa Riverside Ranch guests is nestled in between The Farmhouse, and Paddlers’ Pass. We do not offer any coolers, canoes, rafts, kayaks, or lifejackets, however we do provide folding camp chairs to take down to “The Beach.”
