Welcome to Copper Oaks, a modern, tiny home community located in Centerton, the heart of Northwest Arkansas. A short drive in any direction will take you to some of the best mountain biking trails in the U.S. Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Amazeum, dozens of restaurants, eateries, pubs, and much more are within minutes of our community too!

We have a total of 12 tiny homes
Each of our tiny homes is approximately 700 sqft., has two bedrooms, each equipped with a smart flat screen TV, one bathroom, a sleeper sofa and smart flatscreen TV in the living room, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked eat in kitchen with a dual brew coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, and full sized side by side refrigerator. Outdoor amenities include a private driveway for each unit that will fit two vehicles, additional paved parking spaces, and a small, partially fenced yard behind or beside each home.
We provide
Complimentary lightening speed wifi in each of our units. And to make your stay even better, we keep k cups, creamers, sugar and sugar alternatives, dish detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and many more household staples stocked for your stay.
While our tiny homes are nearly identical in decor, a few of our units will sleep one to two more guests than the remaining units.

Rates
Nightly rate: $125 per night, plus taxes and cleaning fees, two night minimum
Weekly rate: $600 per night, plus taxes and cleaning fees, seven night minimum
Monthly rate: $2,150 plus cleaning fees, 30 night minimum
Cleaning Fees
A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations.
