As you enter the property, you’ll find a small orchard on the front lawn with apple trees, pear trees, peach trees, honeysuckle, and more. Just beyond the orchard is a custom build brick fire pit beside The Farmhouse, tire swings, and a covered common area with hammocks, ample seating, and string lights all overlooking the beautiful Elk River.

The Farmhouse itself is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom home that sleeps up to 12 guests, with charming boho modern farmhouse decor throughout. The master suite is located on the second level, has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, a living room area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and is equipped with a 55” flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a six panel privacy screen separating the bed from the living area. The couch in the master suite living area is a sleeper sofa with a pull out queen size bed. The down stairs bedroom includes two queen sized beds, a queen over queen bunk bed, a 55” flat screen TV, and DVD player.

The living room also comes equipped with a 55” flat screen TV, and DVD player. The open kitchen is fully stocked with dish ware, utensils, pots and pans, a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, a flat top stove, microwave, and two ovens. The dining room has a counter height bar with four bar stools, and a large table that seats up to eight. There is also a coffee bar fully stocked with a 12 cup coffee maker, a Kuerig, ground coffee, and a large variety of K-cups.

The large back deck has a vast and gorgeous view of the Elk River. There is a charcoal grill, patio dining table located under the gazebo that seats eight, a custom built bar with four bar stools, and ample loungers and conversation sets.

We do not offer any coolers, canoes, rafts, kayaks, or lifejackets, however we do provide folding camp chairs to take down to “The Beach.”
